Working with groups, individuals and schools I provide practical, tailor made coaching and workshops with tips and techniques to promote well being and support mental health.

Based in Bristol with a love of coaching outdoors. Always (always!) asking 'How are you doing what you are doing and is it working?' With over 30 years teaching background I know the powerful impact of good well-being and self-esteem (It helps with training too!) I love seeing the impact of coaching on my clients, giving them space and time to think and witnessing what happens when you give yourself 'permission' to go ahead.
Whilst my coaching is underpinned by powerful NLP techniques and I also draw on a range of other strategies; from the wise words of James Clear to the thoughts and ideas contained in Ikigai (Hector Garcia) to Jenny Mosely and Brené Brown and the brilliant Matt Haig.
I work with a wide range of individuals on their personal goals and also facilitate, train and assess on ILM level 5 Coaching and Mentoring Program.
