What will it cost?
Choosing coaching is an investment in yourself. When you are ready to make that investment there are two things to consider: time and money.
It will cost you time. A session lasts between 50 minutes to an hour. It's a good idea to have a couple of weeks between sessions so that you can start to make some changes and put plans into action. A usual commitment is around 2 to 3 months, but everyone is different.
Initial consultation -either Zoom or Skype or walking and talking on the Downs - free.
The consultation lasts around half an hour and is a chance for you to let me know what is on your mind and give a little background detail. No coaching takes place. It is more an opportunity for you and me to decide how we might work together.
Afterwards I will email you with a summary of the main discussion and ways in which I could work with you.
The email will contain all the details of my fees subsequent to the consultation.
Please note I offer easy payment schedules so you can spread the cost. I'm happy to email these details to you prior to meeting
A firm commitment
You will need to be able to commit to regular meetings - i.e. every 2 to 3 weeks. This is important. Ad hoc, or sporadic coaching does not work. You lose momentum and motivation and action plans can get put aside.
